Shipping Policy
Welcome to Poké Hongkie's shipping policy. Here, we aim to provide clear information about our shipping methods, packaging, and associated costs. We believe in transparent communication to build trust and ensure a loyal customer base.
At Poké Hongkie, we prioritize the careful handling and timely delivery of your orders. We are committed to making your experience seamless and efficient.
Orders ship within 72 hours. For Pre-Order and Back-Order items, please see item description for shipping times.
When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item), all other items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. That means If a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.
Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases will be charged immediately upon purchase. Strictly no cancellation.
Rip N Ship Policy
Rip N Ship orders are opened live / recorded and posted in Poké Hongkie social media pages (e.g., FB Live, Youtube, etc.).
ACE SPEC rare, ultra rare, illustration rare (IR), special illustration rare (SIR), hyper rare and similar rarities will be put into Penny Sleeves and Top Loaders immediately after being pulled.
All cards pulled will be placed in Team Bags with Cardboard Armor for additional protection. Items are shipped in Bubble Mailers or Boxes (depending on the ordered items).
Orders ship within 72 hours of the Rip N Ship live stream / recorded event.
Return & Refunds Policy
At Poké Hongkie, we understand that circumstances may lead to a change of mind regarding your purchase or dissatisfaction with a product.
However, due to the nature of sealed products in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns and refunds. That said, if something arrives damaged or not as described, please send us an email to notrix@pokehongkie.com and we'll make it right.
