Frequently Asked Questions About Poké Hongkie TCG Store

  • What is an FAQ?
An FAQ stands for "Frequently Asked Question". It is pretty self-explanatory. But if you've never heard of it before, FAQs are questions raised by customers on topics, products, etc. so frequently that having it in a section is easier for us to manage than having to answer them each time it is asked. You can also find information here that you wanted to ask but without needing to have to contact customer support and waiting for the response. Win-win for all of us. Note that this FAQ section is updated regularly depending on the questions / queries received.
  • What are your business hours?
Business Hours: Weekdays - 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM Weekends - 12:00 PM to 12:00AM I have a main job and I do this as a sideline of sorts. So, I apologize for the inconvenience. That said, I usually respond to questions and queries quite fast and can prepare / process orders during weekdays. However, live streams / recordings of Rip N Ship orders only happens during the weekends. Orders ship within 72 hours of the Rip N Ship live stream / recorded event. Please refer to the Shipping & Returns for the details.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
At this time, we accept the following forms of payment: Philippines BPI GCash Wise Cash on Delivery (COD) during Meetup* *I live in Hong Kong, but occasionally, I go back to the Philippines for vacations and whatnot. When the timing is right, we can do COD during Meetup for transactions. You can contact me at notrix@pokehongkie.com or message me in my social media pages for specifics.
  • Do you sell only English and Japanese Pokémon Cards? Or will you expand to include other non-English cards or to other TCGs?
As of now, we are only selling English and Japanese Pokémon Cards. However, this is a very new store (started only in January 2025). In the future, we may branch out and expand to other non-English cards or to other TCGs. That said, we plan on conducting polls in the official Poké Hongkie website / social media pages to get your feedback and see if we can work something out for the community.
